To provide opportunities and services for sport, talented young athletes, coaches and administrators within the SERAS region so that they may achieve excellence in their chosen sport.

Key Result Areas
Athlete Development
The main goal for SERAS is to develop high quality programs and specialist support services to enhance the development of talented young athletes within the SERAS region.
Management
SERAS reviews its organisational structure, policy and procedures, financial management and control, and risk management strategies on a regular basis to ensure that it is able to deliver high quality and comprehensive services to athletes, coaches, administrators and the sporting communities from the south east region of NSW.
Marketing and Promotion
Quarterly newsletters, brochures and annual reports will be produced and used as information and communication material to promote SERAS to potential sponsors, partners, media, businesses and schools throughout the region.
